My father proud tells anybody that listens about me, that the only thing that I learned at a Christian boy-scout camp (a camp where you get Confirmed with God..blablabla) was to swear and to drink coffee, and well he have a point with it.

I've been to the boy scouts in two periods, as a kid and as a teenager, and well the time as a kid was pretty boring, just a lots of rules you had to live by and a lots of things you just had to learn even though you would never ever need them.

The time as a teenager learned me a lot, everything from how important it is to have friends (not that I made any life long friends through the boy-scouts anyway) and to value them, to threat them with respect. Do not threat them like how you threat your class-mates or parents (they will "always" be there for you, so why be nice? Sounds horrible yes, I agree, but it's easy to fall into that way of acting so a reminder is needed).
